Susan O. Schall, Ph.D., President, SOS Consulting, LLC, has more than 20 years of experience delivering improved performance through strategic process improvement. Susan has broad experience in engineering, statistical and business process improvement methodologies.  Susan is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Pico consulting is a UK based management consulting company, specializing in delivering breakthrough performance to the manufacturing and process industries.  Pico offers consulting and training in strategy formulation, operational excellence, project management, and root cause problem analysis. 

 Peter Wright, Managing Director and Principal Consultant, is highly experienced in consulting and in process manufacturing.  Prior to founding Pico, Pete spent five years as a consultant and head of the UK business for Kepner-Tregoe (KT) Ltd, a global management consulting and training firm.  Earlier, he spent several years in production and project management roles within ICI Paints (now Akzo Nobel).  He holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA with Distinction from Aston Business School, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Improvium is a consulting firm headquartered in the Netherlands, providing clients with a variety of manufacturing and supply chain improvements, utilizing the SCOR model, Six Sigma, Product Wheel scheduling, and other well-proven methodologies. The primary focus is on the process industry with customers in the chemicals, oil, food and beverage industry segments.

Improvium was founded by Hans Van Oosteren, Managing Partner, in the year 2000.  Hans has a master’s degree in chemistry, an MBA, and is an ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt. His background includes several management positions in marketing/sales, purchasing, logistics and supply chain at Akzo Nobel.

Aspire2Blean is an innovative consultancy that is passionate about reducing or eliminating all types of process waste. The mantra is to remove operating waste in a way that business performance will continue to improve incrementally. There is a unique opportunity to leverage performance improvement principles across all forms of process waste.  In line with its mantra, Aspire will seek to find these leveraged opportunities between, process waste, effluent (environmental) waste and energy consumption. Aspire will collaborate with other consultancies on larger engagements.

Headquartered in the UK, the consultancy is founded on lean principles, and is led by its owner John Cockburn-Evans. John has more than 25 years of operating experience and 5 years in consulting; his experience includes engineering, maintenance, construction and production. John is a chartered chemical engineer and Fellow of the I.Chem.E., a six sigma green belt, production system black belt and has led many lean transformations.
