Lean Dynamics LLC                                                                            

Lean Dynamics offers a number of courses tailored for business leaders, plant management, process engineers, and operators.  The classes are designed to teach lean concepts and principles, how they apply to process operations, and the role each target student group is expected to play in successful Lean implementation. 

Courses are typically 3 days, with an eight hour per day format. In some cases there is moderate homework - no more than an hour per night.  Courses can be fine-tuned and shortened to meet specific needs.

Each course is approximately 50% lecture and discussion, and 50% exercises, problems and simulations.  Exercises and problems are designed to give students experience in applying the tools are learning  to real life situations.  Exercises and problems immediately follow the relevant lecture modules. 

 

 Schedule for "Lean for the Plant Floor"

  Courses can be taught at your corporate headquarters, in your plant site, or at a hotel conference center convenient to your participants.  (Courses are generally offered by a single company for their technical and operational personnel; open enrollment courses are not frequently offered).  Please contact our business office (302-528-2600) to discuss specific arrangements.
